Your submission is identifiable solely by its unique reference tracking code (EV-XXXX).

If you choose to provide your contact details, we collect only the necessary information (Name, Role, Department, Work Email, Mobile). This information is used strictly to seek further constructive clarification, provide direct progress updates, or coordinate implementation with relevant department heads.
4. Restricted Access & Aggregated Reporting
Direct access to raw submissions is restricted exclusively to authorized members of the Quality Management and Innovation Committee. Reports delivered to executive leadership or published on the transparency board are strictly aggregated and de-identified to ensure individual contributors cannot be singled out.

The platform employs modern security mechanisms including role-based access control, cryptographic session protections, encrypted HTTPS transit, and defensive security headers. Submissions are retained for institutional continuous improvement and analytical benchmarking in accordance with national document retention policies.
